Community Portal Enhancements - August 2023

The following enhancements can be found in the July 2023 update of the Community Portal.
Login Page
- The ability to add text to the bottom of the login page has been added.
Landing Page
New Landing Page (Watch Video (2m10s))
- A new landing page has been created which provides the user with information regarding their accounts, permits, etc.
Utility Billing
Text Notifications (Watch Video (1m59s))
- Text notifications have been added to notify utility customers of payment due, payment confirmation, etc.
Email Variables
- The following email variables have been added: FirstName and LastName.
Name Change
- The title Misc Payments has been changed to Other Payments.
- The Comments field has been added to the Other Payments screen.
Accounts Receivable
Name Change
- The title Misc Billings has been changed to Accounts Receivable.
