Enrolling in Paperless Utility Bills and Accounts Receivable Invoices
A utility and/or account receivable customer has the ability to enroll in going paperless with their bills and/or invoices. To do so, the customer needs to do the following:
- Login to the portal
- Go to either Utility Bills or Accounts Receivable
- Click on Enroll in Paperless on the left side of the screen
Once they do so, the Send paper statement field will be updated in Utility Billing and Accounts Receivable. That field can be found as follows in each module:
- Utility Billing - Modify Existing Customers on the Customer tab and the Customer 2 subtab
- Accounts Receivable - Modify Existing Customers on the Customer tab
The customer does have the ability to unenroll in paperless by doing the following:
- Login to the portal
- Click on the username in the upper right to expose the drop-down menu
- Select Profile
- Click on Utility Profile or Misc Payments Profile
- Uncheck the Enroll in paperless checkbox
