Formulas Won't Refresh

Formulas Won't Refresh

By default miExcel will only refresh when a linked cell is changed or you manually refresh it.  This allows miExcel to run efficiently for large spreadsheets.  Excel has a built in shortcut to refresh an entire workbook.  Enter the keyboard combination below to refresh your workbook

CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + F9

If you work with small workbooks and are not concerned with a performance decrease you can enable a setting to cause miExcel to refresh more often.  Specifically it will refresh when a cell is updated and when you first open a workbook.  This will decrease the speed in which your miExcel spreadsheet operates.

1.  Go to the miExcel Tab
2. Click Settings -> Settings

3. Check the box Make Functions Volatile

4. Click Save
