Missing Printers & Drives with Citrix Environments
Description of Problem:
When using Caselle in a hosted configuration with Citrix, printers and drives do not display in Caselle from a user's workstation.
Possible Solution:
Verify whether the use light version of Citrix was installed rather than the full version. The light version of the Citrix client does not have the ability to display local resources (such as drives and printers). To solve this, install the full Citrix client and configure the settings to allow access to printers and drives.
