    Setup a new Civic vendor in Accounts Payable

    As we excitedly communicated in early October, Civic Systems is now a part of Govineer Solutions (click here to view the previous communication).  As a result, Civic Systems’ federal identification number has changed.  Click here to download and print our new W9.  


    Additionally, a new Civic Systems vendor should be setup in your accounts payable system and utilized for any future payments made to Civic Systems.  You can refer to our knowledge base article for guidance on setting up the new vendor and terminating the old Civic vendor.

      It is that time of year again to perform our year-end procedures. Year-end documentation such as procedure guides, tax rate changes and videos are now available. Please utilize these resources to help step you through the procedures needed to close out year-end in accounts payable, general ledger and payroll.
