  • The routine has been updated with new features and a new look and feel.
  • The ability to include an extra amount for the benefit has been added.
  • The ability to exclude job numbers from bein used for benefit amounts has been added.
  • The option to use project accounting jobs and debit overrides for benefit amounts tied to a job has been added.
  • The option to use employee pay code limits has been added.
  • The general ledger error messages has been updated.

Utility Management

  • A new validation step to the routine has been added to check for special values before using the set criteria to select customers to display on the review tab.  A warning message will be displayed if any special values are missing for any expert variable.

Recalculate (Watch Video (3m17s))

  • The routine has been updated to support new program features. (Read help article)
  • A new Mark transactions as updated to General Ledger through MM/DD/YYYY checkbox has been added.  Selecting the checkbox will mark transactions as updated to the general ledger through a specified date.
  • A new Correct invalid transaction amounts checkbox to correct transaction amounts checkbox for transaction amounts that may have a thousandth value (0.000) and did not round to the nearest penny (0.00).
  • The Correct invalid meter activity dates checkbox has been added to process invalid meter activity dates through the Meter Activity database table to make sure the rotation period value corresponds with the period date value.
