  • The login screen has been updated.

Accounts Payable

Adjust 1099 Balances (Watch Video (2m13s))
  • The ability to see all vendors when searching for a vendor has been added.
  • The 1099 type has been added to the Search window.
  • The ability to access Modify Existing Vendors using the menu button at the end of the Vendor field has been added.
Cancel Approved Requisitions (New) (Watch Video (2m05s))
  • This view has been added to allow a user to cancel an approved requisition if the approved requisition isn't going to be tied to a purchase order
Create ACH File (Watch Video (1m09s))
  • Additional variables have been added to the email template.
Enter Invoices (Watch Video (0m54s))
  • A warning has been added when a user enters an invoice tied to a cash allocation account.

Accounts Receivable

  • An option has been added to Check for Missing Bill-to Record.  Select the checkbox to check for customers who are missing a bill-to record.
  • An option has been added to Correct Missing Bill-to Records.  Select this option to fix customers with a missing bill-to record.
Unpaid Invoice Report (Watch Video (0m21s))
  • The Billing Code and Billing Code Description variables have been added to the selection criteria.

Backflow Management

Assembly Inquiry (Watch Video (0m56s))

  • A new menu next to the Tester field on the Initial, Repair, and Final subtabs has been added to allow users to view or modify additional tester information.

  • This view has been updated with a new look and feel.

  • The Permit Type table columns have been added as available criteria for filters.

  • This view has been updated with a new look and feel.
  • New date options have been added in Organization for Monthly and Semimonthly.
  • Old views for the following views have been removed: Leave Register, Leave Report, Benefit Register, Benefit Summary, Payroll Register, Payroll Summary, and Payroll Summary by Pay Code.

Payroll Check (Watch Video (1m05s))

  • The following variables have been removed: Employee Name Reversed, Employee Name - Initials and Last Name, Check Amount - Expanded, Employee Number with Checksum, Employee Zip Code with Checksum, and Employer Zip Code with Checksum.

  • The report has been updated to show salary employees standard hours.

Recalculate (Watch Video (1m05s))

  • This view has been updated with a new look and feel.
  • A date option to Recalculate Workers Compensation Class... option has been added.

Setup New Employee, Modify Existing Employees (Watch Video (1m16s))

  • The view has been updated to require a calculation description when using an ARP code of Calculation.

Project Accounting

    • The option to include employee termination dates has been added.

    Utility Management

    Action Codes  (Watch Video (1m54s))

    • The Allow Batch Completion field has been disabled when the action code type is set to Replace Meter or Reset Meter.

    Calculate Penalty Billings (Watch Video (3m24s))

    • This view has been updated with a new look and feel.
    • A Review tab has been added that shows all results that meet the criteria before processing.
    • A billing comment for each penalty billing record has been added to show why and how much the account was penalized.
    • A series of [Report] calculated columns have been added to the Selection Criteria.

    Customer Inquiry (Watch Video (1m34s))

    • The Search grid has been changed to sort customers records by the customer number column in a descending order.  This update will display the most current customers at the top of the list. 

    Update General Ledger (Watch Video (2m17s))

    • This view has been updated with a new look and feel.
    • A warning has been added when a transaction or service record has an invalid or missing GL account.
    • The billing transaction comment has been updated to include Taxable Revenue or Non-taxable Revenue.
